How to make egg korma biryani? 

  1. First of all, in a pan, heat ghee, fry the garlic and onion till they become golden.
  2. After a while, add korma masala, curd, all the spices and cook it well for seven to eight minutes.
  3. In another vessel, keep the rice well cooked.
  4. When the korma masala is cooked well, put the boiled rice in korma masala and after cooking it for five to seven minutes, turn off the gas.

How to make Hyderabadi egg biryani? 

  1. First of all, put fennel, clove, cumin, cinnamon, coriander leaves in a vessel and boil it in water for some time.
  2. Now add rice and some salt to this water; take it out in a vessel after cooking the rice well.
  3. Now take another container, heat oil, add onion, other spices and fry till golden brown.
  4. After frying for five to seven minutes, add egg to it and cook it for two to three minutes.
  5. After three minutes, put boiled rice in it and turn off the gas by stirring it once.

  1. First of all, put cardamom, bay leaf, rice in a vessel and boil them in water.
  2. Mix egg, curd and chilli powder.
  3. Now heat ghee in another dish, add onion, other spices and fry it.
  4. After the masala is cooked, add rice, egg, stir it well, and turn off the gas after cooking for four to five minutes.
