All you need to do is spread the butter chicken in between two bread slices, toast it, and indulge. For this, you can either use leftover butter chicken or freshly prepare the dish, with the help of a few easy steps that can be completed in an hour. Take a look at the steps below: 

How To Make Butter Chicken Sandwich From Scratch: 

  • Take the chicken pieces in a bowl and wash well. 
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste to the chicken pieces. Marinate it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes. 
  • Once marinated, fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown. 
  • Then, add butter to a pan, followed by onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well. 
  • Now, add cream, and mix everything together.  
  • Let it simmer for some time, and then add kasuri methi and the chicken pieces. 
  • Cook for 5 minutes, and then take the butter chicken in a bowl and add mayonnaise to it. Mix it all well. 
  • Spread the butter chicken on one slice of bread and cover with the other. 
  • Toast the bread lightly and enjoy.
