The Indian actress has been enjoying a couple of sweet breakfasts in the city and one of them waffles. Topped with peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries and more, the waffles looked drool-worthy. On Sunday, she posted a picture of a stack of pancakes on her Instagram stories. She wrote in the caption, “Day 2 of this” and we’re guessing that she has been having these pancakes over the weekend. The pancakes were topped with peanut butter, chopped strawberries and blueberries. There’s also a star-shaped fruit on top, dusted off with powdered sugar.
Making pancakes isn’t really a tough job. All you need to do is make a good pancake batter with the right consistency and then pour the batter onto the pan in a circular shape. A quick and easy way to spruce up your pancakes is by adding some chopped fruits to it. While all kinds of berries go really well with pancakes, it is strawberries that can do wonders to your plate. Add some sliced strawberries as well as chopped bananas to your pancake and drizzle honey syrup over it.
2. Green Pancakes
Not only can the toppings be made interesting, you can play around with the pancake batter too. Mix some green food colour into batter of baking soda, flour, milk and eggs. Cook the green pancakes are top them with a layer of whipped cream and colourful sprinklers.
3. Blueberry Pancakes
The thick and fluffy pancakes are best paired with a creamy sauce or a sweet, thick syrup. Maple syrup and honey are great options. To add some more element to the breakfast, blueberries can be topped on the pancakes and enjoyed.
