Paneer Kofta Curry

Nargisi Kofta

Nargisi kofta is a royal dish that is made with the goodness of saffron combined with yoghurt and lots of spices like garam masala, chilli powder and coriander. Made with minced chicken, onion, breadcrumbs and lots of spices, the meatballs are dipped in a rich and spicy gravy consisting of tomato puree, yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste and spices. This traditional dish from Mughlai cuisine is best served with rumali roti or butter naan.
