Tuna is full of beneficial nutrients that not only improve health but also speed up metabolism and cut fat. Leptin production is stimulated when there is an increase in the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids, which can be found in tuna meat. You won't feel the need to eat if this hormone is under control. In order for individuals to consume the adequate amount of omega-3 fatty acids and other important elements, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) suggests that they consume 3–5 ounces (85–140 grammes) of fish 2–3 times each week.

Try tuna stir fry

If you've never tried stir-frying tuna, what are you waiting for? Then you should give it a shot right away. To prepare this dish, simply empty a can of chunky tuna into a wok or pan. Add some soy sauce, ginger powder, frozen vegetables, and white pepper to the pan. All of the ingredients should be sautéed together before being served over brown rice.

Go for grilled tuna burger

Have you ever thought of preparing a tuna burger instead of the beef one?  This time, ditch your go-to beef burgers for once for some tuna burgers. To prepare the mixture, mix 1 tbsp. sesame oil; 1 lightly beaten egg; ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes; and ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper. Fold in 1 lb. of finely diced fresh tuna and ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, and then shape into patties. Grill for 3 minutes on each side for burgers, which are brown on the outside and medium-rare in the middle.
