Ingredients
- 4 green capsicums
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 2 to 3 tsp mixed dry fruits
- Handful of chopped coriander
- ½ cup dalia
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt as per taste
Method
- First, soak dalia overnight and pressure cook it the next day with a pinch of salt.
- Meanwhile, slice capsicums and scoop out their seeds.
- Wash it properly and pat it dry.
- Take a mixer and add tomatoes.
- Add the tomato puree to a bowl and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and add cook dalia to it.
- Also add tomato puree, peas, and mixed dry fruits.
- Add chili powder and salt as per taste.
- Mix everything together and allow the mixture to cook until the moisture gets absorbed.
- When done, turn off the gas and keep the mixture aside for cooling.
- When the mixture is cold enough, stuff it into the capsicum.
- Steam the capsicum for 10 minutes or until they get a little soft.
- Serve with chapati.
