GINGER GARLIC PANEER

Ingredients:

  1. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  2. Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Paneer - 150 grams
  7. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil - for frying

Method:

  1. First, cut the paneer into pieces and keep it in a vessel
  2. Put all the other ingredients with spices in the dish and mix them well
  3. Now, add the paneer to the mixture and keep it aside for some time
  4. In a pan, put oil for heating, add the marinated paneer pieces, fry them well and serve

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Gram flour - 2 tsp
  8. Jackfruit - 3 cups
  9. Oil - for frying

Method:

  1. Peel the jackfruit, clean it, put it in the cooker to boil
  2. After this, put all the spices in a mixer, grind them well and take them out in a vessel
  3. Add the boiled jackfruit, gram flour to the spice mixture, mash it well and shape it like a kebab
  4. Heat oil and fry the kebabs in a pan until they turn golden
  5. Now take them out on a plate and serve with your favourite chutney

PALAK KE PAKODE

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
  2. Salt - according to taste
  3. Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Spinach - 200 grams
  5. Gram flour - 2 cups
  6. Oil - for frying

Method:

  1. Clean the spinach in water, chop it finely and keep it in a vessel
  2. Add all the other ingredients in this vessel, prepare a thick batter and leave it to marinate
  3. Make pakoras out of the batter, heat oil in a pan and fry them
  4. Serve the pakoras with chutney
