Indian Accent, Delhi

Indian Accent is a chain of high-end restaurants, available in New Delhi, Mumbai, and New York, USA. Chef Manish Malhotra, Culinary Director and master of inventive Indian cuisine, and Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, Executive Chef boasting more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, are the two names behind the success of Indian Accent.

The restaurant features four different menus - a lunch and dinner menu, a 4-course lunch menu, a chef’s tasting menu, and a beverage menu. Their six-course chef’s tasting menu comes with exquisite wine selections across India and the world to offer their customers a unique and wholesome experience.

Masque, Mumbai

Mumbai’s Masque is a one-of-a-kind ingredient-driven restaurant in India. Their 10-course chef’s menu is a blend of traditional ingredients cooked and presented in an innovative way. It features a lab, called Masque Lab, where chefs take a break, research, and experiment with traditional and seasonal ingredients.

This lab opens into a private dining experience boasting 12 seats centred around the kitchen. The diners can taste the delicacies even before they become a part of the menu. Conceptualised by an entrepreneur and self-taught cook Aditi Dugar in 2016, Chef Prateek Sadhu ran it until 2022 after which Chef Varun Totlani took over. Chef Varun was recently in the news for creating a one-of-a-kind menu for Bharat Parva at Cannes 2024.
