Black Squid Ink Pasta
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Five hundred grams of squid ink pasta (order online)
- Five hundred grams of medium prawns
- One third cup of chopped tomato
- Twelve medium scallops
- Half teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Three sliced garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Half a cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Lemon juice
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes on each side. Remove to a bowl. Reheat oil in the wok and cook the scallops 3 minutes each side. Remove the scallops unto the bowl with the shrimp and add the garlic to the wok. Cook, stirring often, until the garlic is golden. Add the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, tomato, and parsley. Add the lemon juice and butter and put the seafood in the wok.
