Damn Good- Butterfly Sour

If you like butterflies, you’re going to love the Damn Good Butterfly. A cocktail as easy as pie is the perfect drink you could use to impress your friends at your house parties. It is probably the best partner in crime to spend your weekend with. 

Ingredients

  • 30ml lime juice 
  • 30-40ml butterfly pea flower infusion
  • 15ml sugar syrup 
  • 30-45ml Damn Good Scotch 

Procedure

  1. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker. 
  2. Pour in the Damn Good Scotch, lime juice, butterfly pea flower infusion, and sugar syrup. 
  3. Pour in a chilled coupe. 
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ingredients

  • 30ml grapes infusion with basil
  • 15ml sugar syrup 
  • Spice infusion (cinnamon, javitri, cloves, cardamom) 
  • 30ml lemon juice 
  • 30-45ml Damn Good Scotch

Procedure

  1. Muddle together 1-2 tsp of cinnamon, javitri, cloves, and cardamom with lemon juice. 
  2. Add 30ml of grapes infused with basil and lemon juice. 
  3. Pour the Damn Good Scotch.
  4. Shake things up! 
  5. Strain in a chilled glass with ice.
