- Roast your chicken uncovered.
- If your chicken starts to become too brown, then cover it lightly with a foil.
- Season your chicken completely and generously.
- Add a lot of butter or olive oil to get a crispy cover and tender inside.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, skinless
- 1 slab butter
- 3 tbsp Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Method
- Rinse you chicken in cold, running water.
- Pat it dry with paper towels.
- Then, marinate the chicken with pepper and salt and keep it aside for a couple of hours.
- After that, season your chicken with paprika powder and roasted cumin powder.
- Spread lime juice all over the chicken.
- Pre-heat your over to keep it prepared.
- Meanwhile, shift your chicken to a baking tray and lather it generously with butter all over and inside it.
- Place the chicken breast up in the oven.
- Roast the chicken at 220 degrees for an hour, till it is golden from outside.
- Put a knife through the thigh area to see if it is cooked.
