Ingredients:

  • 300-350 grams brie cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dry thyme
  • 2 teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 1 packet pretzel sticks/red sev
  • Honey to drizzle

Method:

Mix the thyme and chilli flakes on a small plate and set aside. Cut the cheese into 2 inch triangles and put a pretzel stick into the broader base of the triangle to resemble a tree. Roll the cheese triangles in the waiting plate of herbs and arrange on a platter. Drizzle with thin, amber ribbons of honey and serve cold.
