1. MIXED FRUIT

This chia pudding is absolutely perfect to refresh yourself with a burst of flavour on a hot summer day.  

INGREDIENTS 

  • Orange  
  • Cherries
  • Grapes  
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Milk  
  • Maple syrup
  • Peanut butter 

METHOD 

  • In a bowl, add milk, maple syrup and chia seeds in a glass.
  • Whisk to combine.  
  • Transfer the contents into a glass and cover with lid.  
  • Refrigerate overnight, or 3-4 hours.  
  • The chia seed pudding should be thick and creamy after an hour or two.  
  • If not, add more chia seeds.  
  • Whenever you want to eat it, pour the pudding onto a plate.

  • Milk
  • Chia seeds  
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Mint leaves, to garnish
  • Elaichi powder    

METHOD

  • Vanilla extract
  • Chia seeds
  • Milk

METHOD  

  • In a bowl, add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and chia seeds.  
  • Whisk to combine.

Make this delicious jamun and coconut chia seed pudding in the rain. The flavour and colour are truly magical!  

INGREDIENTS

  • Chia seeds
  • Yoghurt
  • Coconut milk
  • Honey
  • Almonds, to garnish  
  • Jamun

METHOD 

  • In a bowl, add coconut milk, yoghurt, honey and chia seeds.  
  • Whisk to combine.  
  • Transfer the contents into a glass and cover with lid.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or 3-4 hours.  
  • The chia seed pudding should be thick and creamy after an hour or two.  
  • If not, add more chia seeds.
  • Whenever you want to eat it, pour the mixture onto a plate.  
  • Scrape off the pulp of the jamun and mash it.  
  • Discard seeds
  • Mix it in the chia pudding.
