Think Cannes Film festival and the very thought of movies and the glitzy outfits that celebrities wear while walking the Red Carpet comes to our mind, But hold, there’s something more to look forward too as Chef Prateek Sadhu cooked up some tasty treats in the India Pavilion this year. The curated dinner blends the best in Indian and French cuisine to create a culinary experience that is one-of-a-kind. As part of the collaboration with Godawan, Chef Prateek Sadhu created a menu that emphasizes regional nuances of Indian ingredients and flavours, never presented on a global scale. The menu was paired with Diageo India's selection of world-class spirits, providing an immersive sensory experience for guests.

Last year it was chef Manu Chandra who brought the flavours of Rajasthan, Gujarat and more on a plate with dishes like 'Pyaaz ki kachori', 'Laal Maas' and 'Gatte ki Sabzi', 'Kadhi' and 'Khichdi' represented Gujarat. Cut to this year Chef Prateek Sadhu takes the centre stage at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival as he will be leading the catering at the inaugural dinner hosted by the Minister of Information and Broadcasting at the India Pavilion. He took to Instagram and wrote “Cannes 2023 Honoured to be repping India 🇮🇳 and host the inaugural dinner for The Honourable Minister at the Cannes Film Festival @festivaldecannes
