Ingredients
- 1Kg bread flour
- 50g olive oil
- 550g water
- 13g yeast
- 500g chocolate
- 50g walnuts
Preparations
- Combine yeast with 175g water and set aside.
- Put bread flour, olive oil and the rest of the water in a bowl and blend.
- Stir in yeast mixture and use blender to beat quickly until 70% done.
- Let the dough sit for twenty minutes.
- Cut the dough into pieces, and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- Use a stick to flatten the dough, put it on the baking tray and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 240°C for 15 minutes.
- Pour melted chocolate on the top of the pizza as the topping and sprinkle with walnuts after it is baked.
Pro tips: Do pay attention to the firmness of the dough when stirring. You can increase or decrease in water according to the water absorption of the flour.

Ingredients
- Walnut butter
- 4 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 85g dark chocolate
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup walnuts
Graham Cracker Walnut Crumb
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Topping
- Mini marshmallows or marshmallow crème
- 2 tablespoons glazed walnuts
Preparations
- How to prepare walnut butter? Blend coconut oil and chocolate in a small stewpan. Stir in salt and vanilla. Process walnuts in a food processor till they become a smooth paste. Until well-mixed, process the walnuts with melted chocolate mixture.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and walnuts to form a fine crumb. Place six tiny ramekins into one tablespoon of walnut graham mixture to assemble.
- Place 12 marshmallows and walnut butter on top of each. Place the broiler about 8-inches from heat and cook until the tops are golden brown.
Garnish with glazed walnuts.
