It sounds fun to host parties but it's hard to decide what to serve. But we have got a solution to this problem. And the solution is ‘bread quiche’. Bread quiche is super easy to make and looks tempting. Loaded with cheese, it can literally steal the attention of your guests. 

For those who don’t know, quiche is typically served as a main course or as an appetizer. One reason that attributes to the popularity of quiche is that it is so simple and yummy. This time, he shared the bread quiche recipe, and we were all impressed. This quiche is a beautiful mixture of veggies and cheese and it will force you to keep asking for it once you have it. Bread Quiche 

Prep time - 20 mins 

Cooking time - 25 mins 

Serves - 8 

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread  
  • 3 tbsp butter  
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped) 
  • 1/3 cup carrot (grated) 
  • 1/3 cup carrot (boiled) 
  • 1/3 cup corn (boiled) 
  • 1/3 cup broccoli florets 
  • 1/3 cup zucchini 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 
  • 400 ml milk 
  • ¾ cup grated cheese 
  • Butter for basting 

Method 

  • Heat a pan and 2 tbsp butter. 
  • Add chopped garlic and mix. 
  • Then, add all the veggies and stir them well. 
  • When cooked a little, add oregano, salt, and pepper. 
  • Cook for a few minutes. 
  • Add a little more butter and all-purpose flour. Stir well. 
  • Then, add milk and cook until the mixture gets thick. 
  • When done, turn off the flame and add grated cheese. 
  • Mix well and allow the mixture to cool down. 
  • Meanwhile, take a bread slice and roll it. Repeat with all the slices. 
  • Then fold them from the corner and place them onto a muffin tray. 
  • Then, add the cooled-down mixture to the folded bread. 
  • Put a little butter on the bread edges and put them into an oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, 
  • When done, take it out and garnish it with chopped tomato. 

Serve!
