If you think winter isn’t for yoghurt, you’re wrong. Yoghurt can be a terrific base or a condiment for winter meals since they’re so nutrient-rich. It should be consumed in winter as it is a good source of essential nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamin D, and probiotics. These nutrients are important for maintaining overall health, supporting bone health, and promoting a healthy gut. Not to mention they are truly versatile and can be consumed in many ways. Like a flavourful and fun dip, which was recently made by Chef Kunal Kapur.
Kapur recently shared with his followers his recipe for a spicy yoghurt dip which can be paired with Asian snacks! Kapur’s chilly cheese yoghurt dip has a very easy recipe that needs minimal prepping. If you already know how to make chilli garlic sauce at home, this recipe should be a cakewalk. It uses some aromatics and spices which are topped with some oil and mixed. The yoghurt is then topped with this spicy chilli garlic sauce, just like it's done in a tadka.
A spicy yoghurt dip, much like spicy hummus can be paired alongside a number of things. Since Kapur's dip has some noteworthy Asian flavours, it's best paired with fried dumplings or pan-fried veggies. So if you have 10 minutes to spare, try this amazing hack at home!
