In the video, he moves the brie closer to the camera, takes a whiff of the fresh, tangy flavour of the brie, and calls it lovely. The next thing he does is take a bite of the freshly cooked brie and says "that is really good".

Over the past several years, there has been a rise in the production of artisanal cheeses in India, as more and more people learn the skills necessary to make cheeses of exceptional quality by hand. The term "artisanal cheese" is used to describe cheeses that are handcrafted in small batches utilising age-old techniques and ingredients derived from the local regions.

Many different things have contributed to the success of India's artisanal cheese industry. The market for artisanal cheeses and other speciality foods is expanding as more people discover and enjoy their skillful creations and unique flavour characteristics. Second, the demand for cheese has led to a rise in dairy farming methods that prioritise the production of high-quality milk.

Brie cheese, for those who are unfamiliar, is a mild, creamy French cheese. Located to the east of Paris, the name comes from the Brie region. Brie, a cheese manufactured from cow's milk, has a velvety texture, a pale yellow colour, and a mild, buttery flavour.

Brie can be consumed on its alone or as a component of a cheese board alongside crackers, fruits, and other accompaniments. Either way, it is a popular choice for dining. Additionally, it can be utilised in the kitchen by way of cooking and baking, where it imparts a luscious and velvety quality to the finished product. Because it melts so easily, Brie is frequently used as a melting cheese in a wide variety of applications, including on burgers, sandwiches, and other foods.
