Recipe 

Ingredients: 

1 chamomile tea bag or 1-2 tsp of dried chamomile flowers 

240 ml of hot water 

Honey or a slice of lemon for added flavour (optional) 

Method: Boil water and let it cool slightly, ideally to around 200°F (93°C). Place the chamomile tea bag or dried chamomile flowers in a teacup or a teapot. Pour the hot water over the chamomile and steep for about 5-7 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavour will be. Remove the tea bag or strain out the chamomile flowers. If desired, add a drizzle of honey or a slice of lemon for a touch of sweetness or citrusy zing. Stir, allow it to cool slightly, and enjoy your soothing cup of chamomile tea.
