Bananas

Native to Southeast Asia, this fruit is known as an immunity booster. Bananas are good for fertility too and enhance your mood for good. Rujuta Diwekar suggests those who are not a big fan of bananas can opt for banana flour instead of fruit.  Jackfruit

Jackfruit is an “aam aadmi fruit” that has an impressive nutrition profile. This exotic tropical fruit contains immunity-boosting vitamins A and C. Having jackfruit regularly may keep viral infections at bay and prevent skin problems heart disease and diabetes at bay too. Its daily intake can keep your sugar level in check. Jack fruit is considered a perfect meat alternative.

Sitaphal/Custard Apple
