Mother’s Recipe Gordon
Ingredients:
• Gordons London Dry Gin-60ml
• Brine solution- 20-25ml
Method: Shaken with ice and served straight.
Garnish: Olive, Gherkins, Jalapeno
Oleo It Is !
Ingredients:
• Gordons London Dry Gin-60ml
• Oleo Saccharum-20ml
• Carbonated tonic water-top up
Method: built over ice in a tall hi-ball glass.
Garnish: Orange peel

• Remains of citrus peel
• Carbonated tonic water-top up

Tanqueray Gin and Juice
Ingredients:
• Tanqueray Gin: 60ml
• Orange Juice: 30ml
• Pineapple Juice: 30ml
• Ice: 3-4 Cubes
• Lime Wedge: 1
Method:
• Fill your cocktail glass with some ice and pour 60ml Tanqueray Gin into it.
• Add 30ml orange juice and 30ml pineapple juice to it.
• Pinch 1 lime wedge and sip a drink.

Earl Grey Negroni
Ingredients:
• 30ml Tanqueray No Ten
• 15ml Aperol
• 15ml Campari
• 15ml Lillet Blanc
• 15ml Sweet Vermouth
Method:
• Batch all ingredients and infuse with 3 bags of Earl Grey tea for 3 hours.
• Remove tea bags, and then fat was infused negroni with unrefined coconut oil.
