You can use any mushroom varieties including exotic ones like black mushroom, enoki mushroom or truffle mushroom too. This omelette gets the best of both worlds with the addition of mushrooms and cheese! So go on and try this delightful omelette recipe for your next morning meal. 

The recipe first boils the mushrooms, slices and then lightly spice with chilli, pepper and salt. Then, the omelette mixture is prepared by adding chopped green chillies and a hint of black pepper. Once the omelette starts to cook in butter, mushrooms and cheese are added to it. As soon as the cheese starts to melt, the omelette is ready to relish. 

How To Make Mushroom And Cheese Omelette 

Ingredients 

  • 1 packet mushroom 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 2 Cheese cubes 
  • 1 Green chilli 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
  • Salt as per taste

Method 

  • Boil and slice mushrooms. Cook them on a pan and add masalas. 
  • Now in a bowl, mix two eggs and add green chilli, salt and pepper into it. 
  • On a pan, melt some butter and pour the egg mixture. 
  • When the mixture starts setting, add mushrooms and cheese. Let the cheese melt, and the eggs cook.
  • Your omelette is ready to be enjoyed!
