Ingredients: 

4 ounces milk chocolate, cut into small pieces 

¾ cup heavy cream 

Pinch of sea salt 

2 tablespoons unsalted butter 

Method: 

In a small bowl, place the chocolate pieces. Heavy cream and salt should be warmed in a saucepan while whisking over medium-low heat until the cream begins to simmer. Give the chocolate a pour. Allow 3 to 5 minutes for the chocolate to melt. Whisk. Add the butter and continue whisking until it is well-combined and creamy.

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Dip 

This simple dip recipe is perfect if you enjoy the chocolate and hazelnut flavour of Nutella. 

Ingredients: 

4 ounces dark chocolate, cut into small pieces 

¾ cup heavy cream 

¼ cup Nutella 

¼ teaspoon sea salt 

1 tablespoon unsalted butter 

Method: 

Put the chocolate bits in a little bowl. The heavy cream, Nutella, and sea salt should be heated in a small saucepan over a low heat while constantly whisking to melt and combine the Nutella and bring the cream to a simmer. Pour over the bits of chocolate. Five minutes should be given for the chocolate to melt. Blend by whisking. Once the unsalted butter has melted and combined, whisk it in. 

White Chocolate Chambord Dip 

The Chambord's black raspberry flavour gives this basic white chocolate dip a lot of flavour. 

Ingredients: 

4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped 

¾ cup heavy cream 

2 tablespoons Chambord 

¼ teaspoon sea salt 

2 tablespoons unsalted butter 

Method: 

Fill a small bowl with the chocolate pieces. When the cream is simmering, add the salt, Chambord, and heavy cream to a small saucepan and boil through while stirring. Give it five minutes to sit so the white chocolate can melt once you've poured it over the white chocolate. For a smooth mixture, whisk. When the dip is smooth and the butter has melted, add it.
