* Kesar Ki Kheer

* Bread Kalakand

Bread Kalakand is a mouth-watering recipe that is soft and melts in your mouth right away. It is creamy and milky in texture. The traditional KalaKand recipe takes a very long time to prepare. You can try this quick bread Kalakand recipe that won't take much of your time and still taste the same. Take some milk and let it boil until only one-third of the initial quantity remains. Now add some sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron to it. 

You can also add some condensed milk to make the consistency of this mixture thicker. Now take some white bread slices and cut off the edges. Spread the milk mixture on the top of the white bread properly. After completing this process layer, another white bread on the top of the milk mixture and repeat the process at least three times. Cut these into small pieces and serve them cold.

* Coconut Ladoo

It is really hard to control your craving for sweets and sometimes ladoos are the best option that you can think of. Celebrate the festival of Bhai Duj by making scrumptious Coconut Ladoos at home. These laddoos are made by mixing condensed milk, khoya, coconut and desi ghee. Mix all of these ingredients very well and make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Now out of this mixture make small bowls and decorate them with some dry fruits on the top. These simple Coconut ladoos will take just one hour to get completely prepared.

* Kaaju Roll

Kaju katli is everyone's favourite because it is so light and tasty. One can easily eat at least 4 to 5 pieces of kaju katli without any problem. This sweet recipe is made out of the goodness of cashews, anjeer, dates, pistachios, and chopped nuts. You will need to grind some cashews in a blender to turn it into powder. Melt some sugar in water and add the Kaju mixture to the sugar syrup. Add 2 to 3 spoons of daisies and mix everything very well. Now add your blended dates, pistachios and chopped nuts to the Kaaju Mixture. Now make small rolls out of the cashews and put them in the fridge for some time.

* Stuffed Rasmalai

We promise that after trying this Rasmalai recipe at home you will forget the market-bought one. To make this Rasmalai, take some milk in a pan. After heating it on a medium flame for some time, add mava, statues and saffron to eat. Also, add cardamom powder to enhance the flavour of the milk. Now take white bread slices and cut off the edges. Add some khoya to the white bread slices and then make a ladoo like shape out of the white bread. Pour the milk mixture on the top of the Rasmalai and make it out of white bread. 

Also, add some condensed milk on the top. Your Rasmalai will be prepared in 10 minutes at home. Make sure that you cool everything before serving the ras malai.
