For Bhai Dooj as well, she has shared the recipe of Rabri that you just can’t get enough of. She took to Instagram and wrote, “This festive season, don’t count the number of calories but the number of desserts you can gulp in. Try this delicious Rabri recipe and satisfy your sweet cravings.” Pair this amazingly delicious rabri with jalebi and have the best time. Ingredients
- Little ghee
- 2 lt milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Handful of pistachios (chopped)
Method
- Take a steel ki kadhai and grease it with ghee properly.
- Then add milk and let it boil.
- When the malai comes, shift it to the side.
- Keep doing the same with the malai whenever it comes.
- Repeat this until the milk is reduced to 1/3rd.
- Then add sugar and cook it for 5 more minutes.
- Cut the malai from the side and add it to the milk.
- Reduce milk to ¼th and add chopped pistachios.
- Serve the rabri in a bowl and enjoy with jalebi or anything you want.
