The veteran actor, who has recently been in the news due to his second marriage to Rupali Barua, is well known as a foodie. At the very beginning of the video itself, he said: “That was tangy, aah hah!”

In case you have never tasted Goan food, you should know that dishes from the region are distinctly tangy because of the use of vinegar or kokum. This is something Ashish Vidyarthi points out in the post. He also remarks that there are dried prawns in the Balchao, which does add to the flavour of the dish. “The Prawn Balchao is amazing. I wonder how they make it,” he says, then adds that it is “the magic of vinegar”. The Goan Rice, he says, is also just as delicious. “Goan food is always fabulous!”
