Rice Appe 

This is the authentic variety of appe which is made with rice and urad dal. They are fermented and cooked along with spices like cumin seeds, mustard and asafoetida. You can elevate the taste of your dish by serving it along with idli podi masala or gun powder. 

Oats Appe 

This version of appe is made with oats and vegetables. Oats appe is more nutritious than the rice appe, as it is low in calories, high in fiber, and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. You can easily customize this dish with your favourite vegetables and spices. It can be enjoyed as an evening snack as well. 

Moong Dal Appe

Moong dal appe is prepared by grinding soaked lentils into a batter and then it seasoning with spices and cooking in the appe pan. Mix Veg Appe

Rava Appe
