Anushka Sharma is one actor whose food adventures always leave us drooling. Be it a simple croissant in Paris or a South Indian spread back home, Anushka makes sure to enjoy everything to its fullest. From her many foodie posts on Instagram, it is quite evident that the actor loves to eat, whether on vacation or on the sets of a film. And she loves to update her fans with her yummy indulgences as well. Currently on a work trip to Thailand, as short as it is, Anushka isn’t missing a chance to nosh upon some local delicacies there too! To start with, while getting ready for an event, Anushka got the perfect company in the form of a Thai specialty—none other than the refreshing coconut water. One of the most nutritious natural drinks, coconut water is not only known for its amazing flavour but also for its health benefits. It is low in calories, contains natural enzymes and minerals like potassium, and is perfect to beat the heat and stay hydrated.

"When in Thailand…," Anushka Sharma wrote as she posted a picture of a coconut. Take a look:

Her Thailand feast has just begun, as next on her list was a local Thai restaurant, of which she shared many pictures until her food arrived. Anushka appears to have thoroughly enjoyed the local Thai cuisine, from mango sticky rice to stir-fried beans and water spinach. She shared a happy selfie after the meal and wrote, "A happy fed chappy." Take a look at what all she shared:

Anushka also indulged in some local desserts, it seems. She shared a picture of boxes of Khanom chan, an ancient Thai dessert made of tapioca flour, rice flour, and coconut milk, among other ingredients. If nothing else, she has definitely made us crave some mango sticky rice! And you’ll be glad to know that it can also be made at home if you manage to get some mangoes. It seems like Anushka is a fan of Thai food, as a while ago she and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, were gorging on a delicious Thai spread. Their plate included a portion of tofu basil mix, delicious-looking shiitake mushrooms, and a side of garlic fried rice, which was accompanied by some spicy, tangy, and crunchy Larb Kai—quite a high-protein meal, isn’t it? The Thai meal was from Spicy Rika, which is widely known for its authentic homemade Thai food. Read more about it here.
