Ingredients:

For marination

    250 grams Chicken , (boneless) cut into small pieces

    2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)

    1 tablespoon Ginger , paste 

    1 tablespoon Garlic , paste

    1 tablespoon Green Chilli Paste

    1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

    Salt , as required

For green masala

    1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped 

    5 Curry leaves

For tempering

    1 Onion , finely chopped

    1 tablespoon Ghee

    3 Green Chillies

    4 sprig Curry leaves

    1 tablespoon Soy sauce

    Salt, as needed 

Instructions to make Andhra Chilli Chicken: 

    Wash the chicken and thoroughly filter the water before starting to prepare the Andhra Style Green Chilli Chicken dish

    Chicken should be mixed with curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, and salt and marinated for at least an hour in the refrigerator

    Meanwhile, make the green masala paste by grinding coriander leaves, curry leaves, and cumin seeds into a fine paste and Place aside

    In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil or ghee and add the curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies and Cook the onion until it turns translucent or golden brown

    Add 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared green masala and soy sauce now and mix well

    Add the marinated chicken and continue to sauté it with the green masala mixture until all of the liquid has been evaporated and the chicken is tender and well-done or pressure cook for 4 whistles

    Add more freshly chopped green coriander and more salt to taste

    Serve hot after turning off the heat
