Ice cream melts quickly in the summer, making it difficult to consume. Do you know of any ice cream that doesn't melt? A Chinese ice cream resists melting even when heated with a blowtorch. This ice cream costs $10 and comes from the well-known Chinese ice cream company Zhong Xue Gao, also referred to as the Hermes of ice cream. Recently, a video of an ice cream that showed it failing to even melt at 31 degrees went viral on social media.  

According to reports, the trending video, which has received more than 500 million views, was posted on a well-known social networking site. In the video, a customer can be seen putting their Baysalt Coconut-flavoured ice cream to the test by attempting to melt it with a lighter. The ingredients of this ice cream have been questioned by a number of commenters on this video.

On Chinese social media, this trending video has caused a debate, and many are criticising the corporation because of it. Others write about how pricey the ice cream is, while some of them question the substances used to make it. Can you create leather shoes (from this)? asked one of them. One user said, "Zhong Xue Gao ice cream: a new sort of high temperature resistant and fire-resistant building material," while another said, "Zhong Xue Gao ice cream." 

After noticing the outcry, the ice cream firm released a statement on the same social media platform, claiming that all of their goods adhere to the quality requirements established by China's national authorities. The key ingredients in the ice cream, according to their statement, are milk, single cream, coconut pulp, condensed milk, and milk powder. This ice cream contains solid elements in 40% of it. In its formal statement, the firm added, "We feel that it is not scientific to measure the quality of ice cream by baking, drying, or heating ice cream." 

A few key elements found in ice cream include calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin A. While all of these elements are essential for health, the amount in ice cream is minimal and comes with a significant amount of fat and added sugar. Your indulgence will therefore have some nutritional benefits, but you shouldn't rely on it to meet your daily requirements for these important nutrients.
