Method
- Pour the rosé wine into a shallow tray and freeze overnight until solid.
- Transfer to a blender, add Hayman’s peach and rose, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
- Blend until smooth but slushy, and pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber swirl.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila
- 30 ml of grapefruit juice
- 15 ml of lime juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 90 ml of soda
Method
- Shake all the ingredients (apart from soda) over ice and strain into a salt-rimmed tall glass.
- Add a splash of soda and garnish with grapefruit peel.
Lucifer’s Derby
Ingredients
- 60 ml of Lucifer’s gold Whiskey
- 30 ml of pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml agave syrup
- A dash spice route gondhoraj bitters

- 50 ml Russian Standard Vodka
- 25 ml of apple cider

Method
