Orange Chicken Wings

If you haven’t tried fruity and citrus chicken wings, now is the perfect time. You have to follow the recipe you know to bake the wings, but try a new sauce for serving. In a hot pan, mix vinegar and sugar. After it boils and reduces, season it with salt and toss wings in it. Before serving on the platter, arrange the wings with orange slices. They will absorb the citrus notes and taste delicious.

Ginger Scallion Chicken Wings

Chicken wings with the umami flavours of scallion and ginger must be the centre of attraction for your party. They can be made with just a handful of ingredients. Season wings with salt and bake them until they turn golden brown. In the meantime, grind scallions and ginger with salt and oil. Apply this mixture generously on the chicken wings along with sauce, let them sit, and finally bake them for just 10 minutes and enjoy.

Korean Chicken Wings

While Korean food is gaining popularity around the globe, it is time to add similar flavours to chicken wings. First, coat chicken wings in a mixture of pepper, salt, and cornstarch. Shallow fry them, and later, cook them with Sriracha, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, vinegar, pepper, and ginger. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on them and serve hot with homemade kimchi and soy sauce.

Tandoori Chicken Wings

To add all the Indian flavours to the chicken wings, it is best to cook them on an open fire, over a tandoor or inside the oven. Marinate the pieces in tomato paste, ginger, yoghurt, salt, oil, and spices. Add the chicken wings to skewers and let them cook until the skin has a charred flavour and brown colour. Serve these wings with traditional mint chutney and sauce.

Saffron Chicken Wings

For this recipe, only the name has saffron, but the ingredients don’t. The final dish has a tempting hue of saffron that makes the chicken wings appear irresistible. Bake chicken wings seasoned with salt, pepper, and some oil. Served this a cool dip prepared by mixing Greek yoghurt, lime juice, freshly chopped coriander leaves, pepper, and salt.

Sour And Sweet Chicken Wings

To cook lip-smacking chicken wings, you need to strike a perfect balance between sweet and sour flavours. Make a concoction of honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Heat it to reduce the water content, and bake the chicken wings in the oven. Toss the wings in this sauce and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, chives, and sesame seeds.

BBQ Chicken Wings

If you and your guests love spicy chicken wings, there is no better choice than BBQ wings. Prepare the marination with red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, oil, honey, vinegar, cumin powder, and salt. After 30 minutes, bake the meat pieces in the oven and enjoy with cool mayonnaise or curd-based dip.

Beer Battered Chicken Wings

Beer and chicken wings are a deadly combination for a fun party you have been organising for weeks. Start by whisking eggs and beer together. Keep a dry mixture of baking soda, flour, and seasoning ready and combine it with the wet mixture. Boil chicken wings for 5-10 minutes until the batter sits. Dip the meat pieces in the beer batter and deep fry them. The crunchy chicken wings pair well with hot and spicy sauce.
