In the video, the vendor is preparing his special recipe with the ingredients kept in the seven earthen pots, after which the dish is named.

He starts by dipping some crispy papdi in curd and tangy chutney, followed by a handful of crispy taro pieces and boiled potatoes. Then he adds some boiled chickpeas and potatoes, salt, masala mix, and yellow chilli powder. He also layers the chaat with a spoonful of curd and sweet chutney. For enhancing the flavour of the chaat, he is using ginger-chilli paste and a spoonful of coriander-mint chutney.

The chaat costs Rs. 70, and with its popularity, we can guess that it tastes delicious. He also sells kanji vada along with his special chaat. The video has been shared by many famous food vloggers and has gotten more than 150k likes. People are loving his recipe and are excited to try it.
