* Rujak

Rujak is an Indonesian salad made from exotic fruits and vegetables found in the region. The most significant aspect of the salad is the use of the peanut sauce. This salad is spicy, tangy, and a little bit sweet. There is also a very harmonious blend of all the fruits and vegetables that are used to compose the salad.
