* Sattu Paratha

Sattu paratha is an easy-to-make recipe that is also quite delicious. This dish is made by using 2 to 3 tablespoons of sattu that is stuffed inside a regular paratha. Instead of using wheat flour, one can also use multigrain flour for paratha if they want to make it extra nutritious. * Sattu Bharta

Sattu bharta is one of the most unconventional dishes on this list. To make this scrumptious bharta, one has to take 1½ cups of sattu and some chopped onions. Now, one can take the mashed roasted brinjal and cook it on low flame with some vegetable oil, green chillies, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Chop onions and sattu powder can be added at the end, along with mustard seeds and some spices like black pepper and salt. The dish will be ready in 15 minutes and can be served with fresh boiled rice and even a chapati.

Sattu cheela is an easy and hassle-free breakfast recipe that gets prepared in almost no time. One has to make a batter with the help of chickpea flour, turmeric powder, salt, chopped onions, red chilli powder, and 5 to 6 tablespoons of sattu powder. All of this has to be mixed by adding some water. The batter should be poured over a nonstick pan and cooked with the help of some vegetable oil until it becomes golden brown. The appetising breakfast can be served with some tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Litti chokha is a dish that is famous in many parts of the country, such as Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, and many more. Litti stuffing is made by mixing sattu powder, salt, black pepper, and some grated onions. Some people also like to add lemon juice and pickle oil to give it an extra tantalising touch. Simultaneously, a person can knead a dough with the help of some wheat flour and make small balls out of it. These balls must be filled with one tablespoon of the sattu mixture and then covered with the dough on the top. The littis are then grilled on coals or a gas stove by using a griller.

Sattu kebabs is a special and nutritious recipe that melts into the mouth. It is made with moong dal blended with soya chunks. Other ingredients that are used include garlic, cloves, coriander, leaves and ginger.
