Sabut Arbi Sabzi

One of the most conventional ways of enjoying arbi at home is to simply cut it into small pieces and make a sabji out of it. Arbi ki sabji is made by first cutting the vegetable into slender pieces. Now these pieces have to be washed under freshwater properly. Simultaneously one must arrange for different types of spices like chilli powder, black pepper, salt, ajwain, amchur, and others. Now take a little bit of vegetable oil in a pan, and then add the dried arbi pieces. Simultaneously also add the other vegetables and spices and mix everything well until the pieces of arbi become properly brown.

Abri Mutton Gosht

Arbi mutton gosht is a hybrid dish that is made from chicken and carbs. It is an amalgamation of a very delicious vegetarian dish and an equally drooling non-vegetarian dish. Although it may look like an unlikely pair, it is quite delicious, and one will enjoy it a lot. The preparation of this dish begins with first marinating the vegetable and meat properly with curd and some spices. After the chicken and the vegetable have properly absorbed the spices, it is then cooked by using a heavy tomato purée and a lot of Indian spices to give it a very nice flavour and texture. This dish can be cooked on some special occasions.
