* Chola Dhabal

This is another Sindhi breakfast recipe that is very easy to make and is a good option when you do not want to do a lot but eat something delicious. This is made by using chickpeas along with pao which is called Dhabal in Sindhi. The chickpeas are prepared in a proper spicy style by making a dense spicy curry with a lot of onions in corianders. The gravy is diluted so that the chickpea properly absorbs all the flavours. Small chunks of bread or pao are properly immersed in the Chola gravy and you can scoop on this delicious mixture of flavours. A lot of people also like to add boiled potatoes, coriander leaves and some sev on the top of this dish to make it extra flavourful.
