The idea for Say Cheese by Ruchi emerged over a holiday to the hills last year, where she made a cheese and charcuterie platter for her family. That combined with Ruchi's love to playing host was the start to this beautiful journey. All Cheese of their boards are packed with flavour and colour. The cheese is top notch, decadent and  paired with exquisite cold cuts, nuts, seasonal fruits, dried fruit, marinated olives,crackers,a jam or a honey and other condiments. The platters are customised based on the number of people, preference of Cheese or meats and paired with the wines and alcohol being served. Cravings Next Door – Platters


Started by Anchal Garg and her mother and sister, Cravings Next Door. Her platter sees some indulgent selection of party food and the best part is all cream cheese be it the burnt garlic, peri peri, mixed herbs, sundried tomatoes and more and even the dips like classic salsa, chilli dip, or the sweet corn sauce all are homemade. You can pick from her choice of home basked breads from chilli garlic loaf to mixed herb load to more. It’s best you order 24hours in advance as all ingredients are bought fresh and made to order. 

These Platters start at Rs 1200 onwards depending on the customer and how they want to customise it and You can pick your cheese flavours, add ons and dip and they curate it accordingly.

La Marinate 

The grazing board concept is now becoming popular when it comes to entertaining guests at home. A lot of our clients ask us to make a grazing board as it is easy to assemble and eat or nibble and gets a wide array of items to taste. Most of the dips, pate, pickles and snacks are all made in house. They source the cheese and cold cuts from different vendors and use only imported stuff. Our chicken liver pate is a signature and very popular as part of our grazing board. The brand does both savoury or sweet grazing boards and our prices start from 2500/- for a vegetarian one and then it goes up depending on the items you would customise for your boards. Since La Marinate is primarily a catering company so the pricing completely depends on the customisation. Delivery is done across Delhi NCR and charged separately as per the actuals

Exotisch Cuisines 

At Exotisch Cuisines you get three types of grazing platters. The first one is the cheese (veg) and charcuterie boards that they have been doing for the last six years. The cheese platter contains four types of cheeses, BRIE, ricotta, flavoured soft or bocconcini and some  just smoked processed chees that is placed along with jam, hummus, lavash, cookies, crackers, fresh and dry fruits and olives. While the Charcuterie board has different cold cuts ( smoked salami and some Ham) the platter starts from 1500/- serves 4-5 ppl to the bigger 18" wooden tray filled with all these at 5500/-

The next one which they started doing from 2019 after the pandemic are the grazing boxes ,veg and non veg ones, called "Movie date grazing platters". These are veg/ non veg grilled ( shish tawook, chicken wings, chicken satay} or fried starters with some bread, sandwiches or sliders , bagel, pita, hummus. some fresh fruits and muffins or cake slices to end it sweet. This is sufficient for two person , each platter starts from 1200(veg) and 1500 (non-veg).

The Theatric Platter
