Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries
  • ¼ avocado 
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder

Method 

  • Put milk and yoghurt in the blender and blend them together perfectly. If the consistency is too thin, add more milk.
  • Add peeled banana and avocado to it and blend further. Once it reaches a smooth consistency, add strawberries along with vanilla extract and blend again.
  • Finally, pour it into a glass and enjoy.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup of ice

Method 

  • Put milk, yoghurt, and bananas in a blender and make a smooth paste.

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • Nuts and shredded coconut for garnish

Method 

  • Put the sliced banana and almond milk in the mixer, then add the rest of the ingredients except garnish.

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ cup yoghurt  
  • 1 banana  
  • 3 small cubes of dark chocolate
  • 1 cup of ice

Method 

  • Pour milk into a blender, followed by banana, chocolate, and yoghurt.
  • Blend until it becomes smooth in consistency.
  • Add ice and blend again. Transfer to a glass and enjoy.
