Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into cubes
  • 1 small onion, cut into squares
  • 1 small bell pepper, cut into squares

Method:

Aloo Tikki 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
