3 mangoes, peeled and chopped
½ cup water

Directions:
Preheat the oven.
Puree the mangoes, water and lemon juice until smooth.

Directions:
Blend mangoes until smooth.
Mix mango puree with coconut milk.
Stir in chia seeds and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into serving bowls.
Refrigerate until set.

Caramelized Pears

3 sliced pears
