Nowadays, eating meals has become very time-dependent. This simply means that one has the luxury of cooking and enjoying an extravagant meal only when they have time. In the shortage of time, a person seldom gets to eat proper food as they're always on the run. In such a situation, foods that are easier to handle, such as rolls and sandwiches, come in handy.

A vegetable roti roll is probably one of the easiest dishes to make when one doesn't have a lot of ingredients at home. It is a concoction of all the leftover ingredients at home. The best part is that you don't even have to make anything or buy anything extra from the market to make these rolls. The next step is to add any leftover sabzi inside the roll, along with some fresh onions and tomatoes. If one doesn't have any leftover sabzi, then simply saute some onions, tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers and green beans with a little bit of oil and salt in a saucepan. Add all of this to the lathered roti and finish off with adding some slices of cheese. Roll everything together and secure with the help of a toothpick.
