Yes, as the name implies, it doesn't require much; simply combine your hung curd with black pepper, salt, and red chilli powder, then garnish with coriander leaves, and you've got yourself a simple dip. You can enjoy it with pakoras, chips and pita bread. 

 •    Mexican Dip 

Combine 1 cup hanging curd, tabasco sauce, chopped jalapenos, grated red and yellow capsicums, and salt in a mixing bowl. This dip goes well with a variety of appetizers and finger meals. It can also be used as a filling for tacos, quesadillas, and other dishes. 

     Garlic Curd Dip

It can also be used as a substitute for sour cream; simply combine curd with black pepper and salt.  Mix in a few drops of lemon juice.     Italian Curd Dip
