Chocolate Custard

A rich and creamy treat that is sure to please kids is chocolate custard. First, collect the following ingredients: the ingredients include egg yolks, sugar, cornflour, milk, chocolate powder and vanilla essence. In a saucepan, warm up the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder on low heat. Whisk the cornflour and egg yolks together in another bowl. To temper the eggs, gradually pour the heated milk mixture into the egg yolk mixture while whisking constantly. Pour this mixture back into the pot and cook until the custard becomes thick by stirring permanently.  After thickening, turn off the heat and mix in the vanilla essence. After transferring the custard into separate serving bowls, allow it to cool in the fridge. For a striking presentation, top with whipped cream and serve.

Chocolate Wafer Roll

Not only are chocolate wafer rolls yummy, but making them also lets kids have a fun time in the kitchen and be as creative as they would like. These crunchy snacks can be extra fun if filled with different flavours. First, collect chocolate wafers and your preferred filling, like whipped cream, chocolate cream, or Nutella. To make spreading the filling easier, start by gently heating it. Evenly cover one side of a chocolate wafer with the filling. Make sure the filling is contained within the wafer by tightly rolling it from one end to the other. When all the rolls are ready, you may add melted chocolate on top of them or sprinkle them on top for a little extra flair. Before serving, let them chill fully in the refrigerator.
