Mushroom Rice With Dal

200 grams of chopped button mushrooms cooked with onions, mustard seeds, garlic, green chillies and spices are tossed in with capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and cooked rice to create a protein rich lunchbox meal. Add a serving of kulthi dal or any lentil of your choice and this becomes a satiating meal for the day. 

Ragi Roti With Paneer Bhurji 

Shredded paneer tossed with spices and stir-fried makes for a lovely snack. But pair it with ragi roti and the nutrient count of this dish goes through the roof. Rich in protein, low in carbohydrates and full of essential vitamins and minerals, ragi roti with panner bhurji is a delicious and nutritious lunchbox pairing. 

Hariyali Rice With Bhindi Fries

Spinach is balanced and blended with coriander, chillies and lemon juice to form a paste upon which the rice dish will be made. Toss in some fried and roasted peanuts for crunching along with the cooked rice for a green rice dish that is yummy, filling and healthy.
