* Ragi Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Coconut Ladoo is also delightful and a favourite dessert for many people. But the ones that are available in the market are not very healthy and have a lot of processed sugar as well as low-quality Khoya which is very high in calories. This recipe is for all the coconut laddoo lovers out there who want to enjoy these ladoos but on a healthier note. It is a mixture of coconut shreds and ragi. Some millet flour is first steamed and then some coconut shreds are added to the flour along with melted jaggery and some peanuts for that extra crunch. Peanuts have their saltiness that adds a contrasting flavour to the ladoos. This is a sweet and salty ladoo that is extremely enjoyable.

* Peanut Butter Ladoo

This is a delicious and power-packed high-protein snack that is also quite easy to make. To make this Laddu, one has to take some more dal, oats, whole wheat, flour, dry fruits, milk, dates, soya flour, ragi flour and some ghee. In a pan one has to dry roast, some moong dal and oats. After they turn brown, these have to be transferred into a separate jar and blended. Simultaneously one has to dry roast soya flour and wheat flour until they also become golden brown.

Now dry roast some ragi flour in a pan until it starts giving a beautiful aroma. All the dry fruits also have to be roasted after being chopped until they become crunchy. Mix all of these flours and a blended mixture of moong daal in a bowl. Now add seedless dates as well and peanut butter to the mixture and make everything well so that it is lump-free. Keep it in the refrigerator for some time and then add some warm milk to the mixture so that it starts absorbing the milk. Now make small balls out of the mixture to give shape to the laddoos.

These are some healthy ladoo recipes that one can try making at home.
