We all know how refreshing it is to eat ice cream in the scorching summer heat, and what better way to cool off than with a popsicle or two of a fresh fruit ice cream?
In the markets, there are thousands of ice cream flavours to choose from. We've tried practically every flavour available, from vanilla to chocolate to butterscotch to tooti-frooty. But, instead of plain old boring ice creams, try these vibrant and fun-filled fruit ice creams.
These ice creams are easy to make at home and only require a few ingredients. The best part is that you won't need any additional sugar because the fruit pulp will naturally sweeten the ice cream.
1. Litchi Ice-cream
Litchi is one of our season's best picks; it tastes great, juicy with just the right amount of sweetness. This flavour is readily available in markets, or you may create it yourself by blending litchi pulp with a small amount of cream, then pouring it into a popsicle mould and freezing it for 3-4 hours. You can add sugar if you want, but it's not required.

2. Watermelon Ice-cream
This is one of the simplest ice creams to make at home. This is a fantastic example of fresh fruit ice cream, full of the freshness of watermelon. After removing the seeds from the watermelon, blend the pieces together, then add the cream to the pulp, mix well, and place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. For a creative variation, coconut milk or plain yoghurt could be substituted for cream.
Choco-chips could be added as well. There will be no need to add sugar because the watermelon pulp will naturally sweeten it.
