Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped mushroom
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp chopped garlic
- ½ tbsp chilli flakes
- Salt and black as required
Method
- Heat up the oil and add chopped garlic.
- When the garlic turns light brown, add your broccoli.
- Cover and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid and add mushrooms.
- Sprinkle the salt sauté till the mushrooms start leaving moisture.
- Cover with the lid for another 2 minutes.
- When the moisture dries up, add pepper and chilli flakes.

Method
- Heat the butter and fry your garlic till light brown.
- Add onion and cook till they are soft.

- Add the flour and cook till it's slightly golden.
- Add the milk and keep stirring till the sauce thickens.

Ingredients
- 150 g mushrooms, chopped

Method
