Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 500 gms boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, bell peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables and toss to coat.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
