INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 1/2 cup Badam/Almonds
- ¼ cup Pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup Desiccated Coconut powder
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1 tbsp Ghee (optional) to make ladoo
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Take peanuts to pan , Dry roast peanuts until skin peels on low heat- keep stirring other wise seeds may burn or fry unevenly & Take out to a plate
- Similarly, Dry roast Almonds for 30 seconds on low heat -keep stirring & take out to a plate
- Dry roast Pumpkin seeds & Sunflower seeds separately for 30 seconds on low heat, take out to a plate, each time keep stirring so that seeds don’t burn
- Allow to cool all the seeds completely
- Take all seeds to Mixer jar , take also desiccated coconut powder , Jaggery to mixer jar & grind in a pulse mode until slightly coarse powder , if you grind on high speed seeds oozes fat , but still they can make ladoo & eat , that tastes also good but if you want exact taste as I made , grind in a pulse mode to make powder
- Take powder to a plate & add 1 tbsp ghee & make small lemon sized balls
- Enjoy 1 laddu / day for 30 days to get best results
- Once made, these laddus stay fresh for 10 days in an airtight container
Mint Tea: Refreshing Drink Recipe To Make Your Skin Glow
This tea recipe is fresh, energetic and keep your skin glowing
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Water
- Few Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- ½ inch Cinnamon
- 2 pod Cardamom
Method Of Preparation:
- Firstly, in a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water
- Add a few mint, 1 tsp fennel, ½ inch cinnamon and 2 pods of cardamoms
- Mix and boil for 5 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed
- Finally, filter out and enjoy mint tea for treating acne and blackheads
